With over 20 years in respiratory therapy and healthcare administration, a deep commitment to quality care has guided every step of my journey. The foundation of my career began in 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from Universidad De Zamboanga, Philippines. Early professional years were spent at Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu City, before 15 years at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Relocating to New Zealand in 2021 alongside my wife, a dedicated registered nurse, brought new opportunities in healthcare. Joining MA Healthcare at Eversleigh Hospital as a Healthcare Assistant was a pivotal move, transitioning to the role of Assistant Business and Care Manager in August 2022 provided the platform to drive meaningful change in resident care and operational excellence.

Creating a nurturing, supportive environment for residents remains a central passion, with continuous efforts directed toward enhancing their quality of life. Beyond the professional sphere, the natural beauty of New Zealand offers endless opportunities for exploration, complemented by cherished moments spent with family.
